Demographic: any age maybe between 20-50's, family size could be any where from single to married to a family. The prices on the sandwich's are around $10.00 which is kind of in the high pricing for sandwich's, but for someone who has a steady income will go here. Lastly, Hungry Bear Deli makes Philly cheese steak and Italian subs, someone from Philadelphia, Chicago, or Italy might want one of those style sandwich's. It reminds them of where they came from or similar subs that they have purchased from where they grew up.
Psychographic: Values quality subs like Hungry Bear Deli makes. Prefers smaller family businesses, and will spend more money on quality food compared to fast food places. Is not concerned with health and appearance. Enjoys spoiling him/her on pricey sandwich. Not on the go(not in a rush) type of person, enjoys spending there time eating inside Hungry Bear Deli. Could possibly be athletic and HBD could be a cheat meal for him or her.

Demographic: 16-55 years of age. Male or Female. Either single or married. For a married couple it could be: for their kids, catering for birthday party, or in a rush and has no time to cook so Subway is an on the go meal. Single: does not work a high level job and makes minimum wage. Lives close to Subway, so it is not a hassle walking or driving. Single: in high school or college and can only afford low priced food because he/she either works minimum wage job or has no job.
Psychographic: Doesn't value high quality food. Will not go out of there way or spend money towards quality subs like Hungry Bear Deli. Not athletic and lazy to go shopping. Not outgoing personality wise: boring, not fun, not joyful.

Differences: The obvious difference that stands out to me is the amount of information on each website. While navigating through Hungry Bear Deli it is very easy to find what you are looking for. When it comes to Subway- Subway seems unwelcoming and not friendly. HBD on the other hand has a cute name, and is welcoming with its simple and efficient website outline.  The subtle difference that I realized was HBD has no "about us" section while subway does. Subway is involved with a lot different social media platforms, organizations, and communities while HBD is not. While it comes to the type of customers, there is a crossover from sandwich enthusiasts(HBD) to not sandwich(Subway).  enthusiasts.  In conclusion, Hungry Bear Deli has a cute and friendly name, so they attract sandwich enthusiast. Subway's website attracts people that are concerned about what is in their foods and safety of the food content.
